Warranty & Repairs
Our pieces are covered by a one year warranty subject to normal "wear and tear" with receipt of a valid proof of purchase. This warranty applies to all of our jewelry products. Within one year, if your jewellery needs repair we will provide you with a full repair service free of charge.
To return your jewellery to us for assessment, please contact us via the Contact Us page.
If your piece falls outside the warranty period, you can still take advantage of our repair service for a fee.
Please note that only original Zivanora products are eligible for this service.
Items adjusted by a person or company other than Zivanora or items returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault will not be covered by your warranty.
We all know gold plated pieces cannot last forever like gold and will eventually fade with time. The nature of how the piece is worn, treated and cared for can significantly affect the speed of fading. To help you keep enjoying your pieces, we have a replating service to restore the shine to your jewelry. This service comes at a small fee to only original Zivanora pieces.
